We do not allow pets in Braeside Innerleithen. This is to ensure Braeside Innerleithen remains clean and free from any hairs that may affect those with allergies.
There is no smoking in any part of Braeside Innerleithen – indoors or outdoors.
Only the number of guests that booked may stay overnight in Braeside Innerleithen. If you would like to discuss any additional guests, please get in touch.

A Smart TV is located within your downstairs living space.
The Smart TV remote control is located on top of the dining table.
To operate the Smart TV, simply turn on using the remote control and log in to your own favourite channels or services.
An easy to use Kenwood microwave oven is provided in the small kitchen area.
The microwave can be operated by using the controls on the front. To heat food, simply press the [MICROWAVE] button then type in the time you require. There are also a number of other settings for different food and drink categories.
A modern Electra fridge with ice box is provided for your use. You will find complimentary milk and spread in the fridge.
The fridge is located under the kitchen counter below the microwave.
There is a small ice box integral to the fridge.
A simple cafetière is available for your use along with complimentary ground coffee
The cafetière is located in the cupboard next to the fridge.
Simply put the require amount of ground coffee in the cafetière, add hot water and use the plunger to make your coffee.
An electric Mira Sport shower is provided.
The shower is located in the upstairs shower room.
To operate the shower, set your preferred flow using the top dial, temperature using the bottom dial, then use the on/off switch. Always allow the shower to flow until you are happy with the temperature before stepping under.
The large comfy sofa also transforms into a comfortable double bed.

To fold out the bed, simply pull the tags towards you. The sheets, pillows and duvet are located in the end chaise section (on the left).
Please use the bin marked as Recycling for all recyclable materials except glass. Glass should be left outside on the back step.
All bins are located next to the stairs.
Any no-recyclable waste should be placed in the bin labelled Waste.

The small patio area for Braeside Innerleithen guests is located to the side of the house, just through the the green wooden gate.
Ground Floor
Enter the self-contained flat via your own private door to the rear of the property.
Downstairs you will find a comfortable living and dining space with kitchenette (sink, microwave, toaster, kettle fridge, TV).
The large corner sofa turns into a comfortable double bed. There is a dining table with fold-away chairs.
First Floor
The Upstairs are our two comfortable bedrooms (1: double bed & single bunk above; 2: single bunk beds) and a modern shower room.
